David Noyes needed dozens of new offices and several meeting areas in 23,000 sq ft of commercial space in Greenville, South Carolina. David, the project manager for a finance company, made a visit to the Falkbuilt by CBI Branch in Charlotte and was immediately sold on the benefits and beauty of Digital Component Construction.

“Falkbuilt was a great partner for us,” he says. “We did 38 offices and three conference spaces. We also have a break room where we did some plumbing within the wall, in every office we have electric and data and in most offices we have recessed televisions.”

“We had the Covid supply problems from a construction perspective. But Falkbuilt held true to the estimates and schedule, which was really great,” David says. “It was a really neat, clean install that didn't take nearly as much time as traditional construction. In the end, we got a very pristine look without all the paint and the sheet rock dust.”
