“Easy peasy” process

The client walked in to our Falkbuilt Nashville Branch to take a look at a conference table, and they walked out with solid walls, glass walls and embedded technology, what we like to call the full Falk solution.

“They were pretty well down the road with another solution and they weren’t expecting to leave with anything other than furniture,” says Janae McKnight, the Branch’s director of design and construction. “They just fell in love with the convenience of the system ... all the technology allowing them to hook up TVs directly without having to worry about running lines through the floor.”

As well as being blown away by the ease of embedding technology with Digital Component Construction, the client was impressed with the fast and smooth install. “We didn’t need to have any extra supports for the furniture, which surprised the client and GC a lot,” says Janae. “It was easy peasy, and a good testimony to the strength of the cladding.”

The client is happy, which makes Janae and her team in Nashville happy too. “They love their space,” she says. “And they really love the technology being integrated into the wall with glass over it, so they can write across the TV.”
