In partnership with one of North America’s largest healthcare providers, Falkbuilt developed a state-of-the-art patient room mockup, showcasing the revolutionary capabilities of Digital Component Construction. Installed in their Dallas corporate offices, the mockup went from crate to completion in less than 10 hours.

In just four weeks, what began as a simple Revit model, evolved into a fully realized patient room, with bathroom - equipped with a wide variety of custom features like privacy switch glass, wayfinding, and millwork. Super durable, cleanable solid walls with full cavity visibility and access to plumbing, electrical, medical gas, and technological integration set a new standard in functionality and efficiency.
