"Falking awesome"

Knowing they would not be at the space for very long Absolute Group needed walls they could take with them when they leave. Working with Falkbuilt Des Moines, the client protected their investment with free-standing walls and millwork that will rise again rather than going to the landfill.

“There are a number of reasons why we knew Falkbuilt was a great solution for our new office space in Grimes. First off, we loved how the digital components are designed for disassembly,” says Sonny Hall, CEO, Absolute Group.“Knowing we plan to be in the space for only a few years, this helped us future-proof our investment and allows us to bring the walls and millwork to our future space when we are ready to move, and not have to add more drywall to a landfill.”

With the help of Falkbuilt’s proprietary technology, Echo Dome, Sonny and his team designed a space that was both appealing and practical, with cladding and millwork that will move with them.

“We were impressed with the visualization tools the team provided to help us come up with the final design,” says Sonny. “We were able to collaborate to see options of different finish applications and how the office would look as we virtually walked through the space.”

Speed was critical in this project. Sonny and the Absolute team wanted to make the most of their time in their new space.

“Getting into our new space quickly was important, so the overall process, including short lead times, ensured we could accomplish that. Falkbuilt delivered,” he says. “We now have a space that fits our culture and values our people. We love our new space. Some would even say it is Falking awesome!”
