“Impeccable” and “elegant:”

Tandia Credit Union in Ancaster, Ontario is starting the New Year with beautiful new office space from Falkbuilt. The Kai glass fronts have sleek black powder coat finish and every sliding and pivot door has a soft close mechanism.

The gorgeous new space was designed by SDI Design, project managed by Cresa and built by local trades, including Shawn Morris, a 17-year construction industry veteran. Shawn took a minute to tell us how much he enjoys working with Falk’s “beautiful” Digital Component Construction. “This is a really impeccable product,” he says, “and it’s a pleasure to have such a great product to work with.”

While Shawn and his co-workers liked the ease of popping the glass panes into the Kai base independent of each other, we had fun getting everything into the third floor space in the first place. Falkbuilt Ontario sourced local technicians and the equipment to move the glass and other components through a window. Once everything was onsite, Shawn and the other trades met the fast and aggressive project schedule.

The project manager, May Chaaya, was thrilled with the outcome. “I am very happy with the wall system and the team did a great job on the installation. The glass walls with sliding doors create simple, elegant fronts with extended transparent sightlines. They work well with our space.”
