“It was great!”

Chris Reville and his colleagues at Site Centers are enjoying their bright, new renovated space in Beachwood, just outside Cleveland. Chris, the Director of Construction + Development for the national real estate company, worked with architect StudioTECHNE and the Falkbuilt Cleveland Branch to help consolidate some offices and give the space a much-needed refresh.

“They were very dark, very nineties offices. It was super outdated,” says Chris. “The goal was to get some more outdoor light into the building to make it feel more homey, user-friendly and more collaborative.”

The renovated space has plenty of breakout and collaboration areas, as well as sunlight streaming through the space. “We started out with some concepts and we were able to adjust them to our budget,” says Chris. “We scaled some things back from the original concept, and it still worked out in the end. So, it was great.”

Falkbuilt provided glass fronts, offices, conference rooms loaded with technology and some millwork in the printing rooms. Site Center’s contractor and installer found Digital Component Construction “easy to use” and Chris loved working with the Falkbuilt Branch. “They were very thorough and followed up. Anytime we have questions they were easy to coordinate with. I would recommend working with them again.”

Chris admits he wasn’t sure about Falkbuilt’s prefab solutions at the outset but having worked in his new office for a while now, he’s pleased with the look, feel and acoustic performance. “It was a big choice for us, and we were pleasantly surprised at how it all worked out.”
