This is the team that is capable of anything. Together, we bring over 150 years of combined industry experience. That experience consists of Interior Construction Specialists, Design Integrators, Project Managers, and our esteemed Trades People. Our multi-disciplinary approach allows us the ability to consult, collaborate, position, and deliver excellence.

Nick Trahan – President: With over 25 years of rapid interior construction experience, he always takes a big-picture innovation approach to his engagements. Building better is Nick's passion; fueled by curiosity for the constructability of things and the inspiration from his team.

Carolina Venegas Trahan – Principal: Twenty years of combined industry experience in commercial interiors sales and commercial interior design. Brings a warm and genuine side to the construction world, always keeping clients’ needs first, front and centre.

Alfonso Vega – Operations Manager: Works strategically with the entire project team to plan, organize, secure and manage resources to bring forward the successful completion of projects. 14 years of combined experience in modular and prefabricated interiors. His technical aptitude, versatility, and strategic mindset allow him to work with the team to facilitate well-executed projects.

Garrett Clark – Controller: Calm and deeply patient, he works with our team in balancing the books. He’s instrumental from behind the doors, ensuring checks and balances are in place.

Stacy Bozyk – Sales: Has worked in offsite construction for 10 years and brings an extensive background in multiple markets putting her in a unique position to advise her clients. With an architectural education, she has a passion for sustainability and offsite construction, in pursuit of building a better, cleaner future.

James Johnson - Sales: His genuine connection is the key to great partnerships. Bringing over six years of rapid interior construction, James is delighted when he partners with innovative clients. He’s a collaborator who loves open, honest dialogue and insures successful project installations.

Jose Lagos – Sales: The newest member of the business development team brings 16 years of construction experience. As a project manager for the last six years, he is highly regarded for managing complex projects that meet demanding time restraints and exceed all expectations. Having a civil engineering background makes him an 'out-of-the-box' thinker who champions innovative solutions to integrate best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Cody Roosen – Lead Project Manager: A dynamic and astute professional who has achieved notable success in project management. He has worked in the manufactured interior construction industry for 13 years and has been involved in large-scale projects in excess of $150 million.

Hamoon Jahanroshan – Project Manager: Introspective, detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. Over 11 years of combined experience with commercial interiors and rapid interior construction. Always successfully executing diverse and varied scale of projects.

Lloyd Rice-Cook – Project Manager: Over seven years of combined experience as a project coordinator and project manager. Bringing a versatile range of knowledge as a general contractor to owner’s representative.

Cathy Shih – Lead Design Integrator: Cathy will work to solve your problem, but it’s not just about getting it done. For her, it’s all about human connection, collaboration, brainstorming, and creating together. Cathy acts as a solid communications bridge between Designers, Architects, Project Managers, and Field Technicians. She brings over 15 years of industry experience as a Design Integrator for premanufactured interior solutions.

Carolina Boiteux – Design Integrator: Her work with designers and architects calls for clean, concise drawing packages. Carolina’s calm, kind yet direct demeanour leaves a soothing imprint on clients. She brings over six years of industry experience as a Design Integrator for premanufactured interior solutions.

Michael Cornell – Design Integrator: Bringing over four years of industry experience as a Design Integrator for premanufactured interior solutions, he works diligently with all members of the team in-house, while based remotely from our Falk HQ location.

Bryce Rickaby – Lead Technician: Adaptable, flexible, and independent person he enjoys creating new environments. Over six years of industry experience.

Dalton Dewsbury – Lead Technician: Hard-working and dedicated to the team always making sure projects are completed to their highest standard. Along with being a Lead Tech, he’s our very own Chief Safety Officer for site operations. Over six years of industry experience.

Stewart Barnetson – Lead Technician: Positive spirit of collaboration with whatever team he's working with, he brings designs to life in the field of custom pre-fabricated interior construction. Over five years of industry experience as a technician.
