Nine weeks for 45,000 sq ft

When PennEnergy Resources set out to combine two offices into one location to better foster collaboration they called Falkbuilt’s Pittsburgh Branch by Franklin. The Pennsylvania-based energy company wanted to move away from their current segregated spaces, with cubicle panels, private offices and underused collaboration areas. They wanted a 45,000 sq ft professional, inviting, flexible environment that provided employees with different workspaces to support different shifts throughout the day.

And that’s exactly what they got.

The Falkbuilt team proposed an integrated, customized solution that could meet PennEnergy’s tight deadline. Using Echo technology, the team created a realistic video flythrough that showcased every tiny detail down to exact finishes and power sources. Being able to experience their space before it was built, the client was able to make design changes quickly and speed up the process. In the end, it took only nine weeks from initial design to final installation.
