Lori Cox didn’t know anything about Falkbuilt when she came to visit HQ back in mid-March, before the Covid shutdown. The Edmonton designer met a few Falkers, toured the factory and was hooked. “The whole thing was great,” says the principal of Lori Cox Design. “What I loved most about Digital Component Construction was the fact that it seemed like a simple kit of parts.”
Her client, a local realtor’s office, wanted a bright, bold space. Folks at the Falkbuilt factory-direct Edmonton North Branch kept everything and everyone coordinated ensuring an easy an efficient process as the glass fronts and millwork were installed.

“It was a very smooth process. I’d never worked with you before and I was a little bit nervous at the beginning, but honestly everything was great. There were no phone calls where somebody was like ‘Uh, oh, we’ve got a problem.’ Everything went really smoothly. It 100 percent exceeded my expectations!” Now, after completing her first Falking project, she’s already looking forward to the next one.
