Smooth process + silent result

VirtuActive 3D Drafting and Design wanted a bright, beautiful and quiet interior for their new office space in Omaha. They got all that, plus a fast and painless install working with our Falkbuilt Nebraska Branch.

Branch designers and project managers get to work right away with pricing, pre-construction, order entry, building permit submittals and after installation, the Branch provides ongoing services.

That smooth process and end-to-end service was a nice change for the client. “My background is construction, and I am pretty familiar with how projects can go: expect the unexpected, delays and all that. I go into any project knowing that’s the reality of things. We’ve had those issues with some other contractors but in all honesty, with Falkbuilt we really didn’t have any issues.”

VirtuActive is enjoying light flowing through the space and the acoustic privacy. “We’ve been in office spaces before with glass walls that have gaps between the pieces, and it may as well not even be there because you can hear the entire conversation.”

The local installers, RMR Construction, were pleased to work on the first Digital Component Construction project in Omaha and they’re looking forward to many more.
