“Smooth sailing”

TripActions, a technology-first corporate travel platform, wanted to renovate their space in Dallas to reflect their modern technology-driven business. Falkbuilt Dallas Branch teamed up with Benson Hlavaty Architects and Pacific Builders to knock it out of the park.

The work went off without a hitch—or a punch. “The entire project was very much smooth sailing. We could put in the walls before carpet was down, which was an exciting thing for the GC, and it was their first demountable job without headaches,” says Shaun Smith of the Falkbuilt Dallas Branch. “Lead times were very quick, nothing to punch, everything went smoothly.”

The designer loved working with the Falkbuilt team. “Shaun’s team is great at responding to client’s needs, identifying budget obstacles and providing affordable, well thought out solutions,” says Carly Herrera, principal at Benson Hlavaty Architects. “I appreciate their attentiveness to detail as well as their knowledge of the Falkbuilt product, which gives the client confidence as well as an end product that is attractive and performs.”
