“Stress free” interior construction

When Javelin Energy was looking to remodel three floors of office space in downtown Dallas, they weren’t exactly sold on prefabricated construction. But then they met Shaun Smith and the team at the Falkbuilt Dallas Branch.

“They really hit it off with the client,” says the designer on the project, Carly Herrara, Principal, of BHA Studio in Dallas. "The Falkbuilt team was really informative and provided good pricing and just made the client feel comfortable to go with them and make an all-over better aesthetic for the project.”

Falkbuilt’s prefab construction included glass fronts for dozens of offices and conference areas. The install went super smoothly—everything arrived on time and any “hiccups” such as a piece of broken glass, was taken care of quickly.

“Shaun and his team are just awesome to work with because they understand how our drawings work, what our contractors expect and how to coordinate on site for minimal disruption to schedule,” Carly says. “They've always been amazing when it comes to that, and this was no exception.”

The folks at Javelin are enjoying their bright and airy space, and pleased they decided to go with Digital Component Construction for the project. And Carly is looking forward to working with the team at Falkbuilt again.

“They know what we expect, and we don't have to handhold. That means a lot because some teams you think they've got it and you show up and they do not. But the Falkbuilt team has always got it figured out or they'll pick up the phone and call me. So it's stress free.”
