“Their eyes light up”

Clients flocking through the new showroom in downtown Orlando are immediately struck by the 360 degree views of the city. And then they’re bowled over by Digital Component Construction.

“We’ve had about 20 tours so far,” says Jay Lovell, of the Falkbuilt Orlando Branch. “We’ve brought people through all during construction. They’re blown away. They’re lost for words.”

Clients are falling hard for the acoustic performance in Falkpods, the flexibility provided by telescoping doors and the durability of the healthcare solution on display. They’re also loving the design possibilities of Falkskin: vibrant graphics, a map of Orlando on a wall and textured cladding.“The finishes are fantastic. One of the general contractors who came through the space said: ‘You get a level 5 finish every time.”

Jay is enjoying touring clients through and watching their reaction to the space. “It’s fantastic,” he says. “Their eyes light up as they realize all that we can do for them.”
