Well That Was Quick
First install in Toronto went from shell to all shiny and done in just four days.
Falkbuilt’s first install in Toronto went from shell to all shiny and done in just a few days. This beautiful new environment is vying for the win in a workplace of the future competition sponsored by Oxford Workplace Innovation Challenge.
Falkbuilt is working with Connect Resource Managers and Planners Inc. and The Jesslin Group in the competition at 200 Bay, in the heart of Toronto’s financial district.
They say you only have one chance to make a first impression and, well, we think we nailed it. Designer Julie Moore of Connect Resources reports that we exceeded her expectations. “Things went perfectly,” she says. And the Ontario Falk Branch was “exceptional in their oversight.” Thanks for the kudos Julie! We look forward to working with you again soon.
Our successful introduction to the Ontario market showcasing the speed and quality of Falkbuilt’s Digital Component Construction includes:
Solid walls with cladding 100% final finish.
Electrical and data installed.
Ceiling structure complete and ready for HVAC, -Lighting, Sprinklers and acoustical tiles.
Glass frames and glass installed.
Doors hung with all hardware 100% complete.
Conventional drywall trades did a superb job installing the Falk components with just a little instruction from Falkers at Falk HQ in Calgary. It’s that easy. We’ll find out in January who wins the competition. But we’re feeling pretty good about all the high fives so far.
Say hi to a Falker
