“What we need to do for all our jobs”

Initially, Orlando structural engineers, Firm BBM, called Jay Lovell looking for furniture for their soon to be renovated space. They had just started thinking about drawings.

“We got talking and I asked if they would like to see our Falkbuilt Solution Center that was under construction,” says Jay, at the Falkbuilt Orlando Branch. “They got to see what the office looked like being built. They were immediately sold that they needed it for their space.”

Working with a general contractor and trades new to Digital Component Construction, everything went off without a hitch. “We worked with a GC we had never worked with before and at the end of the project, the superintendent said: ‘This is what we need to do on all our jobs,’” says Jay. “They really saw the benefit of Falkbuilt.”

As well as alignment with the process of conventional construction, Falkbuilt was “in and out” on the job site while other suppliers struggled with delays.

“The client is very proud of their space, it is very contemporary and turned out beautifully,” says Jay. “They want Falkbuilt business cards to hand out when they have their grand opening. They are looking to expand, and we will be offering them more and more solutions.”
