"Zero hiccups"

From the very first conversation at the end of May to install in mid-August, the JoAnn Concept Store in Cleveland had “zero hiccups.”

“They got in touch with us via our website, we’d never done work with them before,” says Lindsay Ray, VP of Interior Construction at Falkbuilt Cleveland Branch. “They said ‘hey, can you help us?'”

The goal was simple: provide an enclosed meeting space with a combination of glass and solid walls, quickly and effectively. “I could tell the client wanted to do this as quickly as possible, so speed of turnaround was super important,” says Lindsey. “Within a week of issuing the quote we had a contract, and within a week we had the final design approved and hit order.”

Along with speed of install, flexibility was important.“They had their own graphics, so we ordered everything in matte black solid and powder coat, and they applied their own film on the solid wall and glass. For an end-user who has their own graphics, the ability to work with our solutions offers flexibility.”

As the client reported to Lindsey: “There were zero hiccups whatsoever with this project”
