A jewel of a space

You could say it was love at first sight. Kim Augspurger had come to Calgary pre-pandemic to check out Falkbuilt and experience, in person, the power of Digital Component Construction.

After seeing how super studs, digital horizontals and cladding come together quickly and efficiently to create outstanding spaces, she flew home and promptly opened the Falkbuilt factory direct Branch in Des Moines to serve Iowa and Nebraska.

Kim’s clients, too, instantly saw the incredible benefits of digital components. And in weeks flat, Kim and her team were installing spaces in the Des Moines and Cedar Rapids areas, some of Falkbuilt’s first and largest installations in the company’s first year.

To celebrate her success and thank her for her early and unwavering support, Falkers in Calgary built the Augspurger Jewel, a beautiful Falkpod in Falkville in the middle of the factory.
