“Meeting new people:” Lakeside to Whiskey-time

If you live in and around Falkbuilt Kansas City, you may have already met our enthusiastic and enterprising team, lakeside. The Branch held a meet and greet recently near a local lake, with scheduled slots for folks to come and learn more about Digital Component Construction.

“We had a demo wall with Super Studs, and finishes and a screen playing a loop of Falkbuilt projects. It all created pretty good interest,” says Branch principal Vicki Allenbrand. “We had a really good turn out of GCs, architects, designers even some end users. It worked out really well!”

Now, the KC team is planning a virtual Whiskey tasting to get to know more people in the local construction industry. “We’re trying to be different,” she says. “COVID has given us the opportunity to build some relationships and we love meeting new people.”

And, when people learn about Falkbuilt’s solutions they are “100 percent impressed,” says Vicki. “They’re always intrigued and want to see more. The biggest thing is Falkbuilt being able to reduce the schedule, working more closely with GCs and of course, the acoustics and aesthetics we can offer.”

The Kansas City Branch is holding lots of Zoom calls to explore plenty of government and corporate opportunities as well as working on a couple of big education projects. “Our team is going full steam ahead,” Vicki says. “And I’ve got a great team to work with, so it makes all the difference in the world.”
