The trend reflects on our collective desire to put on a proverbial cardigan and relax with a cuppa, says Falk designer and granny-before-her-time Dessy Koutzarova.

“We all want to touch base with something that feels very warm and personal and cozy,” says Dessy. “We spend so much of our time connected to this little screen in our hands and there is so much advancement in tech, that having something that grounds us, that counterbalances us, is really big. That’s why this sort of throw back style is very popular this year.” Use Falkskin to layer up rich patterns and textures on the walls, throw some granny graphics on the glass and enjoy your Grandmillenial space.
