Adding to an award-winning space
- Client: Oxford Properties
- Year: 2020
- Branch: Greater Toronto Branch

When Canadian developer Oxford Properties held a competition to build the “workplace of the future” Falkbuilt was invited to join.
Long story short, our team won the Oxford Workplace Innovation Challenge. Digital Component Construction provided the designers the range of components, beautiful finishes and flexibility to work within the triangular shape of the 1970s-era building.
A few months later, when a client moved in, they needed some changes and we moved the meeting room and built six new offices—all within a week.
Award Winning Space Designed for Disassembly
“I love the Falkbuilt product. The speed and efficiency of manufacturing, delivery and installation is mirroring the demands of the times and the current market.”
- Competition judge Lisa Fulford-Roy, CBRE
Version 1

When a client leased the space, they needed six more offices. To make room, the meeting space had to move. Trades simply dismantled the existing digital components and put them up again, 6 feet over and 4 feet down. The six new offices also went up quickly and the reconfigured space was ready within a week.
“Great teamwork and collaboration—spectacular finished product in a tight timeframe especially given COVID 19 conditions.”
- Julie Moore, Design Director, Design Group
