“Better looking + less money”

Everyone knows New Yorkers are straight talkers and Greg Burke, the head of our Falkbuilt NYC Branch, is one of the straightest talking folks in the entire Big Apple. He says while it’s a challenging environment right now (no one’s “in a hurry” to get back to work in his beloved city after it was hard hit by COVID) he still sees “lots of opportunities.”

Greg and his team are busy quoting Digital Component Construction projects with a number of big companies. “Everyone we show it to loves it,” Greg says. “The pricing is great, it’s much cleaner, the aesthetic is better, it’s more European-looking and it's less money. That’s pretty powerful, better looking and less money.”

It’s also the future of interior construction. More and more clients are eager to learn about Falkbuilt’s offsite fabrication and our quick and efficient onsite building process that’s in alignment with how trades are used to building out space. “People are more willing to look at this kind of construction more than they were in the past, what we used to call prefab we now call Digital Component Construction,” says Greg. “It’s definitely a better way of construction than the old way.”
